SleepTalk LLC's role is to preserve the integrity and history of the System while ensuring that its terminology, presentation and supporting resources remain clear and useful for modern families.
Our current work is centred on two areas: preserving and supporting the established child-focused Goulding System, and developing the forthcoming Hello Baby Guide for pregnancy.
SleepTalk for Children
The Goulding System is the principal body of work preserved and supported by SleepTalk LLC.
Developed from Joane Goulding's work with her daughter Michelle, the System provides parents with a structured approach designed to help children develop a deep and lasting belief that they are loved unconditionally.
Today, the Goulding System is available through contemporary books, narrated resources and online educational material.
SleepTalk for Pregnancy
The Hello Baby Guide is being developed as a prenatal introduction to positive, loving communication before birth.
It draws on the broader principles behind SleepTalk while remaining distinct from the child-focused Goulding System.
The Guide is intended to provide expectant parents with a simple and accessible way to begin communicating loving and reassuring messages during pregnancy, without introducing the full routine used with children after birth.
SleepTalk LLC develops and maintains educational material in a range of formats, including books, narrated resources and online information.
Where appropriate, future material may also support parent education, professional training and other applications consistent with the company's purpose.
New work will be developed carefully, with the same emphasis on preserving provenance, clarity and the integrity of the original System.
